The registration fee of $350 (including GST) included all conference meals (except breakfast - see below), nutrition breaks and socal events.
Conference accommodations were available and recommended at the beautiful Manteo Resort http://www.manteo.com on Lake Okanagan. We had negotiated the following special conference rates:
• Deluxe Guestroom - $151 per night (plus tax) for single occupancy and $167 per night (plus tax) double occupancy.
• Premium One Bedroom Suite - $171 per night (plus tax) single, $187 per night (plus tax) double.
Breakfasts was served each morning for those delegates who was registered guests at Manteo Resort (this included in the bed & breakfast room rate).
It was encouraged that all delegates joined us at th Manteo, as there was much to gain from the 'whole conference experience' when we all stayed together. Rooms are large and many have two beds, allowing friends or colleagues to share accommodations and room costs. Please note the conference committee is unable to 'pair up' individual delegates looking to share.
